is a B2B marketplace connecting insurance companies with medical flight providers to streamline critical, time-sensitive medical missions. The platform centralizes the entire booking lifecycle—allowing insurance firms to post flight requests and enabling aviation providers to instantly counter with availability and pricing.
The Mission
Modernize a complex 2013 legacy system through a complete structural and visual overhaul. My goal was to unify fragmented, outdated workflows into a cohesive design system, significantly reducing user cognitive load and optimizing coordination times for critical data-heavy processes.
